Ketkarn Damrongwattanapokin was born in Bangkok, Thailand, whereshe continues to live and work. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, Design (HONS)
from the Goldsmiths University of London. As a design student, she began painting and now also works as a full-time graphic designer. However, she has had a personal painting practice, as well. With a passion for materiality, colour, process, and abstraction, she is influenced by the work of Cy Twombly, Frank Bowling, Mark Rothko, Yun Hyong-Keun.

She is available for commission, and her work hangs in personal homes, as well as restaurants and hotels.
